Temp-to-Hire position$21.96 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Thursday through Saturday from 04:00am to 04:30pm)Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery to ensure efficient production.Inspect parts and equipment against specifications using calibrated measurement systems.Perform manufacturing tests and document results for quality assurance.Ensure all tasks are completed safely, adhering to risk controls and safety procedures.Assist in setting up test fixtures and continuous improvement initiatives.Machine Operator Qualifications:
English proficiency required.High school diploma or equivalent required.Ability to read and follow standardized work instructions and engineering drawings.Experience operating and maintaining machinery preferred.Must pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and pre-employment drug screening.Strong attention to detail and ability to use measuring devices for small parts.Applicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
