We have two departments we are hiring for; Assembly and Grinding. Job responsibilities for both are as follows, but not limited to:

Maintaining a safe work environmentResponsible for completing control plan inspectionsLoad, unload, sort and inspect proper component parts and assemblies according to control plans and ensures accurate assemblyEfficiently runs and operates all required equipmentCompletes line start-ups and changeover activitiesCompletes other job duties as delegated by department Shift Supervisor or ManagerCross-trains into different areas as needed to help maintain production demandsSteel Toed Boots are Required

Assembly: Required to frequently lift up to 45 pounds; occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch; rarely required to crawl

Grinding: Same requirements as assembly along with; occasionally push/pull up to 80 pounds; rarely lift up to 80 pounds.

Manufacturing experience not neededAbility to perform basic math all units of measureAbility to read and interpret documents and write reports

Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Able to Lift 50 pounds Drug Test Stand for Shift Duration Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.50 - $18.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
