Volt is immediately hiring Machine Operators for a local leading organization in Albuquerque, NM

\r\n\r\n

As a Machine Operator you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tOperate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and production output.\r\n\tPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to prevent downtime.\r\n\tInspect products for quality and adherence to specifications.\r\n\tFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.\r\n\tRecord production data and complete required documentation.\r\n\tCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.\r\n\tIdentify and report any issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Machine Operator candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPrevious experience as a machine operator or in a similar role is preferred.\r\n\tStrong mechanical skills and understanding of machine operations.\r\n\tAbility to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.\r\n\tExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\r\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\r\n\tGood communication skills and a positive attitude.\r\n\tWillingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Schedule: Varies

\r\n\r\n

Pay rate: $15.00/hr and up DOE

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
