Job Title: Manufacturing Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operator with previous manufacturing experience to join our team. You will be trained on our processes to produce various linear motion rails for a variety of applications. This is a physically demanding role requiring the ability to lift 60-80 lbs. Candidates must pass a required math test, have a strong attendance record, and a consistent work history. This position is on a temp-to-hire basis.

Work Environment

The work environment is a spacious, well-lit, and clean manufacturing floor that is shared with the warehouse. The facility is heated in the winter and air-conditioned in the summer. Employees work on the first shift from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with two 10-minute breaks at 10 AM and 3 PM, and an hour-long lunch break. The company provides a free continental breakfast every day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
