Monitors equipment and controls of the Mass Spectrometer and handles rejected shells accordingly. Monitors oil levels. Monitors the Labeler equipment. Maintains equipment and tools per Work Instructions. Changes over equipment for various models. Inspects shells (critical dimensions, visual checks) and records results per First Article Instructions and/or Work Instructions if required; makes appropriate system adjustments as a result of the inspection process. Manually loads/unloads units onto/off of the conveyor in the event of a Material Handling equipment breakdown. Occasionally performs material handling duties (restocking parts, removing pallets, etc.). Manually places literature and hanger hook into cartons. Maintains equipment performs required Preventative Maintenance per Work Instructions. Changes over equipment for various models. Inspects uncartoned and packaged units and records results per First Article Instructions and/or Work Instructions if required; makes appropriate system adjustments as a result of the inspection process.
