**Job Title: Machine Operator text 8 4 7 5 8 0 2 8 1 4 if intersted!** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining saws and associated equipment, operating and troubleshooting dust collection and stacking stations, performing quality inspections, loading and unloading materials into machines, preparing products for shipment, and making necessary machine adjustments. **Responsibilities** + Set up and maintain saws and associated equipment. + Operate and troubleshoot dust collection and stacking stations. + Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications. + Load and unload materials into machines. + Prepare products for shipment. + Make machine adjustments as needed. + Operate and troubleshoot cross cut and gang saws. + Take critical measurements and maintain the use of mold release. + Ensure quality of products in terms of thickness, squareness, width, and length. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of machine operation experience. + Forklift experience (preferably sit down). + Strong measurement (experience using a tape measure). + High School Diploma or GED. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working directly with saws or gang saws. + Ability to operate and troubleshoot cross cut and gang saws. **Why Work Here?** Join a leading manufacturer in the Polysio industries, specializing in insulation panels for the construction industry. Candidates will need to navigate conveyor systems and walkways safely. The role requires working 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am, Monday through Friday, and Saturdays as needed. During peak season, 1st shift hours are from 7am to 3pm. Candidates must be willing to work up to 72 hours a week, including 6 days a week. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin Park, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
