Your Role at KIK

We are seeking a skilled Blow Mold Operator to join our 3rd Shift (Monday – Saturday, 10:00 pm – 6:30 am) team. As a Blow Mold Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of blow mold machines. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the production of high-quality containers and adherence to safety and quality standards. This position has an hourly rate that ranges based on the experience you bring. The wage is $17.50, in addition to an quarterly incentive bonus. Apply Today!

What You’ll Be Doing

Entry level position managing the material needs for the blow molding and or bleach filling lines.  This includes bottling handling equipment, labelers and or quality data collection for the filling or blow molding lines. Responsible for the running and troubleshooting machinesRetrieves PLC programming information, evaluate, and makes adjustmentsMaintain vigilance for any disruptions within the filling operation and able to react quickly to overcome such upsetsAbility to identify unsafe conditions and react with proper techniques to correct these conditionsEnsures adherence to quality standardsAbility to communicate clearly with downline associates, supervisors, managers, and maintenance departmentPerform set up and bottle size changeovers on all equipmentManage alerts to maintenance and management for all maintenance related issuesCoordinate process operations to ensure efficiency, including, communicate with production personnelMust be able to keep up-to-date on process alterations and general procedures by reading logs, special procedures and posted noticesResponsible for housekeeping & maintaining a clean work areaFollows and supports all Safety programs
