Tiffany & Co. operates a manufacturing facility in Cumberland, RI where jewelry products unique to our company are crafted by a diverse workforce. **Responsibilities:** + Safely run stamp presses according to toolmakers' specifications. Ensure tool set up in press coincides with style indicated on the work order. Check pieces for quality and make sure tool & product are a match to work order. + Run and operate the lapping machines according to specifications. + Run and operate the bead machines according to specifications. Check work orders before operating equipment. + Perform basic operations of CNC machines according to specifications. Perform all machine cleanouts on a quarterly basis based on a schedule provided by the manufacturing supervisor. Ensure that the work area, machine tooling, and parts are cleaned regularly and free from excess oil deposits. + Check work orders before operating equipment. + Ensure set-up coincides with the style indicated on the work order. + Check pieces for quality and make sure the product is a match to the work order. **Qualifications:** + Working knowledge in a manufacturing environment + Good communication skills in English, including the ability to read, write and understand + Ability to interpret drawings in order to hold workpiece within tolerance + Excellent attention to detail + Demonstrate exceptional teamwork + Basic computer skills + Ability to define process problems, make appropriate operating adjustments + Ability to work with limited supervision in a high volume, fast-paced work atmosphere + High School diploma or equivalent **DEIB and Benefits Statement:** + Tiffany & Co. is formed from many facets - talented people who make our community stronger with their creativity, perspective, and lived experience.
