Planning & Fulfillment Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesAs a machine operator, you will work with rubber or epoxy molding machinesOperate heated molding presses to mold and cure productsInspect each piece for cosmetic flaws; use light to inspect interior of work piecesTrim excess flash from product using a scalpel or grinding tool as neededRemove molded pieces from press upon completion of cycle, remove tooling from work piecesManual material handlingMeet established standard quality and productivity expectationsFollow job Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) complete Maintain accurate quality and production records Proper use of PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toed boots, and others as applicableAll other duties, as assigned
Qualifications for the roleHigh School diploma or equivalent Prior manufacturing experience preferredBasic proficiency in computer systems and applications preferredAbility to lift up to 40lbs Ability to perform repetitive operations and pull/push functionsAbility to stand for 8 hours dailyComfortable bending, twisting, reachingComfortable working with heavy equipment and in a non-climate controlled environmentCandidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
