Description of Work to be Performed:
Set up and operate Dry File spray, speed lathes, hone, and other CNC equipment to meet daily production and quality requirements. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, setup machines, edit offsets within programs and perform tool offset adjustments as required to machine specialty bearings. Must be able to perform inspection of dimensions machined, including threads, inner diameters, outer diameters, lengths, widths, and undercuts/grooves. Must model safe behaviors. Must follow company quality control standards, including In-Process Inspection and documentation. Must be able to give and receive written and oral instructions in English. Must be able to make decisions, communicate effectively, and work well with others in a team environment.Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED.Required Skills & Certifications:
Formal CNC training desired. Understanding of GD&T. Experience using and interpreting measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and indicators.Physical & Environmental Elements Pertaining to the Position:
Must be able to lift 25lbs unaided. Required to wear protective footwear with toe and metatarsal guard while working in the facility. Required to wear safety glasses while working in the facility.

The pay range represents the low and high end of the salary range we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, education, skills, qualifications, performance, and business or organizational needs.
Pay Range: $18 to $22/hour
