Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Pay: $18.50.Schedule: Monday-Thursday (6:00am-4:00pm) Friday (6:00am-10:00am).Assembles and installs modular office furniture and wall partitions.Install or relocate office furniture.Performs set-ups and breakdowns of tables and chairs for special events.Hang bulletin boards, writing boards, and pictures.Process all work order requests in a timely manner.Lift and carry 50lbs without assistance and carry to 10 feet.Read drawings and work from plans and specifications.Proficient use of a variety of tools and machines used in the basic trades.Understand and follow oral and written directions.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.Meet schedules and timelines.Ability to effectively communicate and respond to customer needs.Move materials around the facility using a company provided vehicle.Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team.Requires attention to details, a pride in delivering excellent customer services, good organization, and high levels of energy and endurance. May assist with other Facilities related functions.Assist with installation of IT equipment.Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Three to five years, experience as a furniture installer in a commercial setting.Familiar with furniture building and installation.Experience with cubicle configuration, build and demo.Ability to effectively communicate and respond to customer needs.Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team.Requires attention to details, a pride in delivering excellent customer services, good organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.Education and/or Experience
