We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Workplace Consultant to join our dynamic team of experts. As a Digital Workplace Consultant at SoftwareOne Philippines you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through their digital transformation journey within the Microsoft ecosystem. Using your expertise in Microsoft Identity, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 Collaboration, you will provide strategic guidance, technical solutions, and standard processes to optimize our clients' digital workplace environments You would be responsible for leading projects and setting standards for more proficient technical delivery. What we need to see from you Another critical part of cross team collaboration requirement would require the consultant to work with Presales consultants, help them translate business requirements to technical requirements and help them scope technically complicated problem projects and drive it towards and scope strict statement of projects in your expertise. Tenant to Tenant Migration: Collaborate with clients to assess their migration requirements and develop a comprehensive migration strategy. Analyse source and target environments to ensure compatibility and identify potential challenges. Develop a detailed migration plan, including timelines and breakthroughs. Implement data migration tasks, ensuring the safe and efficient transfer of emails, documents, and other data. Maintain data integrity throughout the migration process. Solve and resolve migration-related issues promptly. Plan and implement the migration of Exchange Online mailboxes, public folders, and distribution groups. Ensure email flow continuity and resolve any email-related issues during and after migration. Create comprehensive documentation of migration processes, configurations, and standard methodologies. Deliver training and knowledge transfer to the client's IT team. Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies and standard processes. Suggest improvements and optimizations for future migrations. Microsoft Identity Expert: Configure and manage Entra ID to ensure seamless user and identity synchronization during the migration. Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions and multi-factor authentication (MFA) to enhance security. Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end IAM solutions using Microsoft Identity services, such as Azure Active Directory (Azure AD). Configure and manage SSO solutions for various applications and services, enabling users to access resources with a single set of credentials. Implement and manage MFA solutions to enhance security by requiring multiple verification methods for user authentication. Establish federated trust relationships between our organization and external partners or identity providers, ensuring seamless and secure access to shared resources. Develop and enforce identity governance policies and compliance controls to ensure that access rights are appropriate and meet regulatory requirements. Advantageous skills Understanding of Microsoft Copilot and its underlying technology -M365 E5 Security Suite Technical Leadership: Stay updated on the latest trends, updates, and features within the Microsoft 365 and Azure Space ecosystems. Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants and team members. Contribute to the development of standard processes and methodologies within the organization. Client Engagement:- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and challenges. Lead workshops, meetings, and presentations to convey technical solutions and strategies.
