Primary job role

Quality and timely implementation of the ERP system and related business-technical solutions in a specific functional area with the assistance of solution leads. 

Key responsibilities 

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the customers’ business process

• Independently conducting the business requirements gathering & documenting the process 

in your specific functional module

• Configuring the ERP prototype environment and conducting prototyping workshops in your 

respective functional module

• Training of process owners and core team members on configuring the system & 

developing workflows according to business requirements

• Writing functional specifications for system modifications, integrations and custom reports 

• Independently configuring the ERP system as instructed and documenting the configuration 

• Train end users to use a configured ERP System

• Develop User Manuals and Job Instructions on use of the configured ERP

• Meeting project milestones on time and at defined project quality

• Testing of configured workflows, system modifications and integrations according to their 

functional specifications

• Support users in carrying out the ERP testing processes 

• Supporting customer core team members in driving data migration activities

• Provide support and continuous improvement capability, as required, for a range of 

customers

• Up-sell and search for potential opportunities

ï‚· Strong presentation skills in terms of delivery and content

ï‚· To be able to conduct workshops for a group of people with minimal 

ï‚· Design formal training material for Trainee & Associate Consultants
ï‚· Ability negotiate and convince customers on solutions/ work around 

ï‚· Knowledge on a secondary m3 module

ï‚· To be able to conduct workshops for a group of people independently
