Your job will be to manage the project control activities for the End To End Insulin Flex Facility project for our new Chinese site.

Main responsibilities
Collaborate to URS, Maintainability reviews (P&IDs, Layout, HAZOP, 3D model, Flows definition, …) during design phases. Support Construction and Architectural program team to prepare Greenfield infrastructure (Energy supplies, Waste connections, Utilities…) Support FMECA sessions leaded by Maintenance Methods team on the more critical equipment.Design and deliver a local outsourcing strategy to execute maintenance/calibration /technical checks activities. This during the project phase and then for routine mode involving local partners in services and spare part strategy.Build and sustain high performance team (internal & external) empowering some talents for future routine mode organization after the project phase following OM3 guidelines.Lead replication plan on technical activities with particular attention on adjusting:o Local regulatory compliance with HSE department support.
o Maintenance and Calibration SOPs, instructions (local language),
o Master data and CMMS processes implementation within iShift program. Internal
Provide support of your team for FATs, commissioning, SAT and start-up on systems. Build skill management to ensure transfer of installations and ramp-up phase as an Autonomous Production Unit Technical teamAbout you

Worked more than 10 years in technical positions in industrial sites, including at least one experience as Maintenance & Calibration manager.Experience and knowledge of GMP, FDA, and EU guidelines and regional/country authorities’ guidelines.Experience in working in a large, complex matrixes environment with global processes and governance structures.Soft and technical skills:
- Good relationships and communication skills.
- Customer Centricity / results oriented / teamwork / clear thinker.
- Act for innovation, initiating new and improved ways of working
Education: Master’s degree in industrial engineering domain: Automation /Mechanical/Maintenance, Generalist Engineer diploma.
Languages: Chinese, English (Project language)
