M&P Project Manager
The MP Project Engineer is responsible for handling engineering project implementation, controlling project budgets, and ensuring timelines are met. The role requires coordination across multiple teams and disciplines to deliver successful project execution in line with technical standards, cost-efficiency, and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and handle detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation and alignment with project objectives. Provide technical guidance, review engineering designs, and address technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle. Serve as the main point of contact between contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to maintain alignment and smooth project execution. Ensure adherence to JTI standards, safety protocols, and quality regulations through regular inspections and risk assessments. Lead project execution efforts, monitor progress against defined milestones, and implement timely adjustments to keep the project on track and within budget.
Who we are looking for – Requirements:
Education: Graduate of a high technical school or equivalent qualification in engineering.
Work experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project roles within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Language: Proficient in English & Romanian (spoken and written).
Other skills and knowledge:
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. Basic knowledge of local IT networks and peripheral equipment. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
