The RoleThe Security and Fraud Analyst Intern is responsible for supporting all activity to launch and sustain new programs and program improvements for Oracle Manufacturing and Distribution. This internship includes analyzing security and fraud program management structure, targets and goals, and key performance metrics for Oracle programs supporting and sustaining activities for the Global M&D Operations Team. The primary focus is owning the responsibility to manage Key Performance Metrics and take on projects that support Global Operations led activities, including program lifecycle requirements, production readiness activities and program road map specifications by consulting with the regional Operations management, planners, material specialists and suppliers/external manufacturers.
Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of security and fraud operations plans and processes for new and existing M&D programs and services. Adjusts to business plans and program roadmap changes. Prioritization of security and fraud program activities (including qualifications) to meet orders and customers’ expectations Evaluation of global standardization of security and fraud procedures and documentation; both in-house process documentation and customer facing articles Recommendations to management for project and change opportunities to improve global success of M&D Operations servicesKey Deliverables
Support the Implementation of key functional programs (globally) – efficiently and comprehensively covering all business requirements End-to-End process analysis, engineering, and documentation of processes and procedures Project plans with timeline, scope, and key milestones – track performance towards milestones New and / or improved metrics for every group - commitment turn around standards our core business Ongoing focus on simplifying and standardizing processes and systems used across all our activitiesRequired Skills and education:
US Veteran transitioning from active service or Military Spouse new to corporate experience preferred BS degree in Business, or Operations Relevant experience in Program Management, Supply Chain Operations or managing cross functional projects Project Management Certifications or interest in future certifications Proven track record in leading cross functional geographically diverse teams Understanding of product life cycle phases and technical product content. Excellent written and verbal communications skills Knowledge and understanding of planning and forecasting is a plus Self-motivated with the ability to deal with a high degree of ambiguity in a fast paced environment Effective team working skills Proficient with office desktop productivity tools (spreadsheets, presentations) Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently on complex assignmentsAbout the Company:

Additional Information:
Hourly wage is $30 per hour. This is a 40-hour per week position. Internship runs from January 27 through April 18, 2025 – should be available full time 40 hours per week during these dates.Career Level - IC0
