Seeking M&A Advisory resources, specifically on the Post-Integration side as a Project Manager.

Finance background required for consideration.

Required experience:

8+ years of experience in M&A Post-Transaction Integrations at the Project Management levelAdvisory support for deal considerations and diligenceOptimizing operating model and organization designIdentifying synergies, developing & coordinating plan to achieve measured synergiesDeveloping and executing integration plan for Day 1+Coordinating communications for culture and change management
