M&A and Equity Senior Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to engage in high-impact projects across diverse areas, from incentive scheme lifecycle management to mergers and acquisitions, while contributing to strategic initiatives that shape the future of our business.

Responsibilities:

Incentive Schemes: Assist in all stages of the life cycle. This includes, among others, business plan modelling, structuring, valuation, implementation, and vesting. Lead on building tracking, monitoring, and reporting.M&A: Contribute to investment cases, execution, post-deal integration and tracking, monitoring, and reporting. Support in governance and pipeline management. Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and valuation, develop models, and prepare documentation and presentations. Structuring: Support in evaluation of key factors like accounting implications, tax consequences, and key talent retention.

Skills:

Strong quantitative and analytical skills in financial modelling, with a solid grasp of accounting, financial statements, and forecasts/ projections. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and project management.Good communication skills and able to build relationships across the organisation (Group Equity Modelling, Rewards, Corporate Finance and Tax teams), Europe and country management and local finance teams and external parties.Fluent in professional-level English. Additional European languages are a plus.ACA or CFA qualifications are desirable but not essential.What do we offer in return?
