Starting Rate:

$25.50-$27.50/hr. with experience pay of $.10 per year up to 20 years.

Shift Differential: 6p-6a: $1.50/ hr. 2p-6p: $0.75 / hr. Any shift on Sat 12AM-11:59pm Sunday $1.50

Requirements:
LPN/LVN license required
