Our client, a well-known high-end hotel in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary to permanent Luxury Spa Receptionist to provide white-glove customer service and ensure guests have an unbeatable experience!

About the Job:

Provide top-notch customer service to all guests and ensure guest satisfaction.Call guests and promote the spa and other services.Handle guest correspondence, manage guest profiles, and respond to guest requests efficiently and promptly.Manage phone lines and answer questions about bookings and accommodations.

About You:

2+ years of experience in hotel operations, preferably at a luxury hotel.Highly professional with a collaborative and diplomatic mindset.Basic mathematics and computer skills are required.Ability to lift up to 25lbs and walk or stand for extended periods of time.Able to work on weekends, with 2 weekdays off per week.

About the Position:
