Currently, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Merchandiser to join our team, representing the renowned Moët Hennessy portfolio. **Position Overview:** As a Merchandiser for Moët Hennessy Brands, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility and presence within key retail accounts. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, setting up eye-catching displays, identifying opportunities for brand enhancement, conducting account surveys, and ensuring optimal product placement through shelf resets based on schematics. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of the iconic luxury brands. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Establish and nurture relationships with retail partners in the area. + Set up and maintain visually appealing displays to showcase Moët Hennessy Brands effectively. + Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance brand visibility and sales. + Conduct regular account surveys to gather insights and feedback. + Execute shelf resets according to schematics to optimize product placement. + Assure that retailers determined prices are clearly marked of all brands throughout the store + Work closely with store managers to gain additional facings and prime shelf space. + Monitor and report on the performance of promotional initiatives. + Collaborate with the sales team to ensure cohesive brand representation. + Be an expert brand ambassador of all client brands + Execute trainings for employees of retailers as needed + Cover assigned territory, which may have up to 2-hour driving radius + Other duties as assigned **QUALIFICATIONS** + Previous merchandising experience (in the beverage or luxury goods industry is a plus). + Strong communication and relationship-building skills. + Positive, go-getter attitude is a must! + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. + Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual merchandising. + Familiarity with retail environments and understanding of shelf schematics. + Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities. + Passion for premium brands and a genuine interest in the wine & spirits industry. + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation that can hold your daily POS materials as well as be able to transport larger displays as needed. + Able to lift and carry individual cases of product, shelving, or displays of up to 50-75 pound **Benefits:** + Competitive compensation package. + Opportunities for career growth and development. + Access to exclusive training and resources. + Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
