Duties:
Manage the vehicle new sales department Control varied activities at an optimal pace to achieve required targets Ensure sales and CSI targets are met / exceeded Grow market share Deal Builder Manage the frontline and administrative staff, ensuring all functions operate at optimum levels Control departmental expenses and ensure timeous payment by customers Ensure good relationships with the manufacturer, customers, service, and parts department Implement and maintain value-adding processes in the department. Motivate, Inspire, And Involve Sales Staff Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant experience on a managerial level within the automotive industry in same or similar role as New Sales Manager Motivational personality Able to create Sales using all methods, including social media etc. Team player Target/Goal driven Extremely good with client relationships Automotive experience ESSENTIAL!!!
