Job Location: Must be commutable distance to MetLife Office - Tampa FL, Bloomfield CT, Aurora IL, Cary NC, Oriskany NY (Central NY), Bridgewater, NJ, Clarks Summit, PA, Omaha, NE Warwick, RI In office once a month for office meetings Key Responsibilities: * Conduct quality reviews of LTD claims of various complexity * Identify trends, root causes and quality gaps from the analysis of data, providing timely and meaningful feedback to associates and management regarding performance and quality standards * Partners with team and claims organization to develop criteria and standards in which to measure quality behaviors * Assists in the research, analysis, and recommendation of key quality improvements Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills: * 2 plus years of LTD claims management experience * Critical thinking, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, analysis and problem solving skills * Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Preferred: * Bachelor's degree Equal Employment Opportunity/Disability/Veterans If you need an accommodation due to a disability, please email us at accommodations@metlife.com.
