Education Qualifications:

We are seeking a dedicated LPN/CMA to join our compassionate Elder Care Team, working alongside RNs, Physicians, and other healthcare providers. In this vital role, you will provide essential non-patient-facing support to the team by:

Addressing patient inquiries via phone and MyChartCoordinating communication with families regarding patient carePreparing patient charts and documentationAssisting with additional tasks as directed by the care team to ensure seamless patient care

This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting the collaborative efforts of our experienced healthcare professionals, enhancing the overall care experience for our patients and their families.

This position will work the following:

40 hours/weekNo Weekends8 Hour ShiftsDay Shift: 7:30AM - 5:00PM

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certified, or able to obtain within 3 months.
