Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Fayetteville Schedule: + 40 hours per week + Monday to Friday: 4:45 am - 1:30 pm + Rotating Saturdays: 6:00 am - 9:00 am Job Description: + Monitor patient health and administer basic care within the LPN/LVN scope of practice. + Role model customer service and prioritize patient safety. + Collaborate to meet patients’ diverse needs and resolve complaints. + Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare team. + Safely deliver medication according to policies and procedures. + Maintain professional nursing standards and accurate documentation. Requirements: + Minimum 1 year of LPN experience. + Experience in a substance abuse or opioid clinic setting.
