Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Fayetteville

Schedule:

40 hours per week Monday to Friday: 4:45 am – 1:30 pm Rotating Saturdays: 6:00 am – 9:00 am

Job Description:

Monitor patient health and administer basic care within the LPN/LVN scope of practice. Role model customer service and prioritize patient safety. Collaborate to meet patients’ diverse needs and resolve complaints. Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare team. Safely deliver medication according to policies and procedures. Maintain professional nursing standards and accurate documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of LPN experience. Experience in a substance abuse or opioid clinic setting.
