Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Albany, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing everyday care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physiciansMonitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staffAssist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and groomingMaintain accurate patient records and documentationCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team membersEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and standardsAssist with patient education and discharge planning

Qualifications:

Valid LPN license in the state of New YorkCompletion of an accredited LPN programPrevious experience in a healthcare setting preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentBasic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
