LPN LVN - Resource Nurses at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center in Mission Viejo, CA. This is a full-time position that will work 12-hour day shifts.
Resource Nurses is the name of our float pool team, which provides crucial support to our healthcare teams across the Mission Viejo and Laguna Beach campuses. This role presents an excellent opportunity for professional development, offering a rich learning environment and the chance to gain valuable experience in various units, including our Intensive Care Units (ICUs), Telemetry, Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) units, and Emergency Departments (EDs).
The Resource Nurses LVN is a unique role that supports all care areas, both by participating in our co-caring model on the Surgical Trauma unit, and by working as a Patient Care Technician. This role involves an expanded competency-based scope, allowing the LVN to contribute effectively across different care areas.
