Job Summary
The LPN Graduate works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or licensed healthcare provider to deliver patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care. While completing requirements for licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the LPN Graduate gains hands-on experience and clinical skills in a supportive healthcare environment. This role focuses on basic nursing care, professional development, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications
Technical School with completion from a state approved, accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program required and Other NCLEX-PN exam eligibility or successful completion pending licensure required 0-2 years of experience as a nursing assistant or other allied health role requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Basic understanding of nursing principles and practices, including patient care techniques and safety protocols. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and clinical guidelines. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including the use of electronic health records (EHR). Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic healthcare environment.Licenses and Certifications
LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure preferred BCLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), or American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) required
