Responsibilities RN/LPN adheres to the Resident Bill of Rights and promotes dignity and respect among all residentsRN/LPN reports any resident problems or illness requiring attention of the AL ManagerRN/LPN ensures safety of residents through appropriate behavioral interventionsRN/LPN ensures that facility staff follow facility policies and procedures.RN/LPN ensures appropriate and timely response to customer service concernsRN/LPN demonstrates knowledge of resident care and its impact on residents and familiesRN/LPN assists resident care staff in performing duties as needed.RN/LPN assists with incident reporting and analysis of incidents and corrective action, when appropriateRN/LPN maintains confidentiality of facility and resident information.Responsible for the safety of residents under your supervision.Know the emergency plan, fire evacuation routes, extinguishers and other facility safety featuresRN/LPN conducts cart and chart auditsRN/LPN takes verbal orders from DoctorsRN/LPN completes incident reports for any incident, accident or unusual occurrence to any resident, associate or visitorObserves infection control procedures and properly correct if neededMaintains confidentiality of members’ PHI (Protected Health Information) and medical records information as well.
