Lot Operations/Transportation Manager  

BMW of Minnetonka is seeking an experienced and motivated Lot Operations/Transportatin Manager to oversee the daily operations and overall organization of our courtesy vehicle fleet management, car wash quality and service greeter guest experience. This position plays a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining the visual appeal and functionality of the dealership service department.

Position Overview
The Lot Operations/Transportation Manager will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring the overall organization, presentation, and flow of the dealership service drive, parking ramp and courtesy vehicle fleet, and supporting a high level of operational efficiency. This role will work closely with service manager and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Areas of Responsibility

Oversee the performance and scheduling of the entire service greeter and car wash team.Oversee timely and efficient preparation of customer vehicles for customer service delivery.Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the courtesy vehicle fleet.Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of wash bays, service drive, and shop bays.Respond to and resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.Manage ordering and supply inventory, and ensure maintenance of team equipment.Monitor activity on the service drive and parking ramp and assist in ensuring customers have a positive and smooth service experience.Perform other duties as assigned.

The (Hourly / Salary) Wage Range for this position is $42,000 to $60,000
