Lead the daily activities related to the processing of impound cases for timely retrieval. Serve as the subject matter expert by providing training, support, and setting priorities for vendor team, as well as collaborating with Impounds leadership, Allstate and other ABG teams.

Core Responsibilities
Support processing of impound cases in Foundry system and Allstate Omni platform.Review escalated impound cases in Foundry system and de-escalate as appropriate.Ensure adequate coverage for Foundry queue and communicate changes to supervisor.Compile data for management reports and regular departmental performance reportsCoordinate and assist in training new team members, as well as providing consistent feedback and coaching to support continued efficiencies and success.Work closely with vendor leadership to address issues in a timely manner.Troubleshoot issues within Loss Prevention reporting systems and report results to leadership.Governance owner by participating in weekly/bi-weekly or monthly vendor meetings.Develop new policies and procedures as needed in partnership with SupervisorProvide support for transformational projects.What we're looking for:
Qualifications
College Degree or Equivalent work experience.Knowledge of various ABG systems (DMP, TRABO, Foundry (Compass), Bluezone)Experience with vendor managementDemonstrated history of accuracy and attention to detail, efficiency, critical thinking and sound judgment, ability to act with urgencyExcellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as superb time management and planning skillsProficiency in MS Office Suite, ability to navigate various PC systemsPerks you’ll get:
