Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Co-packing management:

Plan and organize daily co-packing tasks to satisfy demand FCST;Whole co-packing process management to achieve qualified labeling and re-packing products;Maintain Mars External Manufacturing Quality Management Standard to meet MARS global quality requirement;New co-packing process setup to meet business requirement;NC management in all process of co packing;3pl associates KPI setting and monitoring;Train 3pl associates regularly on process update and reinforcement;Support manager to drive continuous logistics innovation to fulfill new business requirement;Periodic stock taking of co-packing consumables;Periodic reporting and cost checking.

2、Quality representative of NDC(EMQM)

Understand Mars distribution quality and be the leader in NDC deploymentOrganize regular quality review with team for continuous improvementSupport QMP manager to keep updating SOP to be consistent with operationPrepare annual LRQA audit materials and track the progress

3、 ERP Key Use

Understand whole DC operation process in crystal clear.Understand ERP/WMS/TMS/Webshop/Agnostics system as function expertAs Key User representative of DC, raise ticket to central services once system operation crash, track the solution progress till it resolvedSupport new initiatives in supply chain from system feasibility point of view

Ability to manage projects independently and work with team or line managerAnalyze and explore requirements management in daily operations, while coordinating resources and teams to ensure project implementationDevelop teamwork, build cross-functional relationships with all internal and external members, follow PDCA processes to achieve targetSet goals and plans, implement monitoring and regular reporting (including resources, costs, investments, time, schedule and analysis

Job Specifications/Qualifications

The job holder should be passionate and self-motivated to learn from existing operation and from others. To get himself/herself on Mars culture quickly. To understand the expectation from manager and drive for result. He/she should be open mind to accept new idea from peers and market and adapt to daily operation.Bachelor’s degree. Major in supply chain management, business, finance, statistics, science and technology are preferred.We are open to accept young and passionate person and at least 3 years relevant working experience. But the candidate should demonstrate strong learning agility and dedication to supply chain jobGood written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English is must
