The Logistics Transport Department (MA/LOT-EMEA) Implements new transport processes, coordinates tenders, organizes direct deliveries. Its range of responsibilities includes: steering customer deliveries, controlling logistics service providers, transport damage management and other transport related processes.

Job Description

►Organization and monitoring of ovearseas transport

►Implementation of new lines, carriers in accordance with customer requirements

►Tracking open customs declarations for shipments worldwide

►Cooperation with international carriers and customs in order to close open customs declarations

►Timely reporting to those responsible in Karlsruhe on critical statuses of customs declarations

►SAP support for shipments from Germany (1-2 days per week shift work 11-19h)

Qualifications

►Faculty of Transportation and Traffic engineering, Faculty of Organizational Science, Faculty of Economics or similar

►Knowledge in the field of customs operations (regulations, documents, export shipments)

►General understanding and interest in logistics processes

►Customer oriented

►Focused on accuracy, attention to detail and customer orientation

►High skills in MS Excel

►Skills in SAP and Power BI preferred

►English skills mandatory, German preferred

►Ability to work in a team
