**Logistics Specialist** Manufacturing & Utilities Elgin, IL, US Pay Rate Low: 21 | Pay Rate High: 23 + Added - 14/01/2025 Apply for Job **Logistics Specialist** Our client sells high-quality microbial enzymes to different industries in the Americas, like food, dietary supplements, industrial, diagnostics, and regenerative medicine and they are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join their growing team! **Pay:** $20 - $23 **Type:** Contract to hire **Responsibilities:** + Receiving folder preparation (including CoA’S). + Systematic NAV data entry. + Unloading/Loading and inspection of inbound and outbound shipments. + Product identification, labeling, and organizing and storage. + Document and file distribution among internal departments and staff. + Written, verbal, and electronic communication with other departments. + Preparing FTL/LTL and small package shipments. + Maintain all Transportation Logs for all inbound/outbound shipments. + Filing and organization of all shipping related documents. + Identify and process all non-conforming material. + Damage and spillage reports, along with potential discarding of product. + Cooperate with and support department and company staff. + Maintain a professional and mature demeanor. + Other miscellaneous departmental tasks and responsibilities as assigned. **Requirements** High School diploma or equivalent INDBH \#LI-DNP We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
