Lawrenceville, GA - Sever Rd - Management - LLC SupportHow will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?The Logistics Specialist reports to the Distribution Assistant Manager and is responsible for providing services for the NOC Distribution and Production Teams. The employee will support company operations by efficiently maintaining office systems, accounting, document processing, SAP data input and track plant efficiencies while supporting the Distribution and Plant Managers with safety, quality, compliance & financial initiatives.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Organize office operations and procedures i.e. answering phone, providing customer service, billing, PO, payable, payroll, cost tracking, etc.Ability to read and understand budgets and provide feedback of over or under budget requirements.Organize and manage filing systemsProvide Interaction with customers and manage accounts as needed.Assists in maintaining, daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports based on company policiesSchedules appointments and meetings for over the road truck driversServes as the go-to person for customer service etc.Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels.Learn the process of scheduling drivers, customer deliveries, and printing and posting of deliveries.Maintain Google Spreadsheet for customer files, routing, etc.Provide assistance for maintaining logistics planning tasks This needs to include schedule planning and SAP input and Google sheets population Scan orders into computer and track shipments across multiple channelsAdminister and maintain inventory control program systemsManage and monitor the performance of entire fleet, routing and scheduling planningContract driver PayrollBe on call and available to receive phone calls from drivers. (calls come in at all hours)Route trips in OrtecBuild and maintain a driver schedule.Assist during month end closing with accountingOther assignments given by Manager etc. Maintaining fleet system via Fleetio, data entry, and scheduling services with vendors________________________Are you a MATCH?Qualifications

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.2 Years of Experience with working with Class A CDL drivers and knowledge of DOT regulations is required.Strong communication skills required.SAP data input experience desired but not required.2 Years of customer service experience is required.Good knowledge of basic computer programs such as Google Sheets and Documents, Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry.Able to multitask and work with little or no supervision.2 Year Administrative degree or relevant experience preferred.Knowledge and experiences on all office administrative functions etc.Ability to adapt to changes that occur on a daily basis.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school degree or the equivalent and one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.________________________
