About ATAC
Textron Systems - ATAC provides tactical flight training and adversary aggressor services for U.S. Navy, Marine and Air Force pilots, and is the only organization certified to train the Navy’s TOPGUN program. Summary
The Logistics Representative must effectively coordinate day-to-day logistics operations to support maintenance production and flight line operations. Aircraft components and consumable material must be available when required for aircraft builds, phase inspections, and unscheduled maintenance actions. Material receipt and shipment along with accurate documentation is required. Meticulous data entry into warehouse and inventory management systems is also required.
Additionally, the Operating Location (OL) Logistics Representative will serve as the on-site Tool Control Coordinator (TCC), working to prevent hazards to aircraft, materiel, and personnel by maintaining an effective Tool Program through effective management and accountability of assets.
Job Responsibilities
• Review production schedules to ensure correct type and quantity of material is on-hand at the production line or available on the flight line.
• Monitor material usage and orders replenishment before minimum stock levels are reached Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Be familiar with warehouse operations.
• Be familiar with computer-based warehouse and inventory systems.
• Train and supervise junior logistics specialists.
• Receive incoming shipments.
• Prepare material for shipment.
• Issue material to support production
• Store material according to plan
• Maintain accountability and inventory of tools, equipment, and consumables.
• Maintain custody of all keys, to include spares.
• Maintain a master inventory of all tools.
• Perform all TCC duties as required by instruction, order, or regulation.
• Provide inventory, stock levels and periodic reports as required by the Sr Logistics Mgr, on-site Maintenance Mgr and/or DDOM.

Qualifications
• Minimum requirement is at least 8 years of aviation material inventory, sourcing, ordering, procurement, shipping, and warehouse operations experience.
• Qualified to operate hand or power trucks.
• Qualified to operate a forklift.
• Small crane qualified is desired.
• Performance will be continuously monitored by supervision and reviewed annually with the employee.
