Position Overview:Ensure customer’s domestic and international orders process daily with all necessary paperwork while maintaining company goal of Same Day Shipping and Accuracy.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

This is a hybrid role, some onsite attendance may be required.

Responsibilities:

Process Carrier Bill of Ladings and Airbills, Manufacturer and special Certificates of Conformance, AES Electronic Export Information and various international customs paperwork requirements

Work closely with customer and logistic companies on International or Domestic outbound shipments for Best Practices

Representatives work closely with customers, suppliers, carriers and multiple internal departments on a daily basis to coordinate the movement of orders, both domestic and international while ensuring that the necessary paperwork is completed properly

Assist in problem resolution on existing orders for shipping and/or processing, for both domestic and international movements

Maintain high level of professionalism when working with customers, suppliers and carriers

Process department faxes and mail

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English

Basic computer navigation and typing skills

Ability to actively participate as a team member in order to meet departmental goals

Ability to provide a positive, professional and enthusiastic outlook or perspective

Demonstrated ability to multi-task as well as the ability to change focus quickly based on requests by employees/management

Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently

Dependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and success

Regular and consistent attendance due to the need to access physical equipment

Must demonstrate the following behavioral competencies; attention to detail, customer/client focus, ethical conduct, manages execution, personal effectiveness/credibility, and positive attitude

Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Physical Requirements:

Generally, spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices, such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse and screen

Generally, spend the workday performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands, head, and other parts of your body
