Your mission will be…You are responsible for the strategic and operational planning as well as management and control of the entire Factory supply chain at the Corroios location (inbound, outbound, intra-logistics, storage and material supply management / operational purchasing);You lead and organize the areas of logistics planning, intra-logistics and material supply;You ensure the fulfillment of goals in terms of material availability, supplier delivery performance, logistics costs and inventory;You maintain and analyze various key figures and data for performance evaluation and derive improvements from them;You are also responsible for managing and coordinating the logistical processing cycle with internal and external partners and specialist functions;Furthermore, you ensure compliance with applicable internal rules, laws and ISO specifications;You are responsible for ensuring the documentation of appropriate process and organizational specifications using appropriate process and procedural instructions;Collaboration and negotiations with suppliers, logistics service providers, internal specialist functions and customers;Coaching and further development of employees is also part of your area of ​​responsibility;You are responsible for mantaining the master data quality of the entire supply chain processes in SAP;You act as the central contact person in the factory for all logistical issues.
We are looking for someone with…You have successfully completed your master's degree in business management, industrial engineering with a focus on logistics or have a similar qualification;You have proven professional experience as a logistics manager in a production environment;You have extensive knowledge of how to successfully manage employees;You also have in-depth knowledge of SAP PP/MM/WM;Knowledge of Lean, Score and Agile project management is desirable;You have excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills;You work results-oriented with a “hands-on” mentality;Very good knowledge of spoken and written Portuguese and English completes your profile.
