Mission:

The mission of the Logistics Manager is to manage Network Design, Transportation, and Logistics Execution. 

 

Responsibilities:

Network Design:

Analyze Region logistics flows and spend.

Map existing and future flows (new programs) and support the design definition of the Transportation and Logistics network (hubs, consolidation centers…)

Participate in the sourcing and/or re-sourcing of actual and new Logistics agreements.

Support the implementation of the strategy selected in close cooperation with the Service Provider awarded and ANTOLIN stakeholders in the different functions (IT, Purchasing, Finance) and Plants.

Transportation & Logistics Execution:

Follow up the relevant Transportation Network Operational Performance KPI with its related tracking tools.

Monitor with Plants the transportation network cost (actual vs. budget), related deviations and convergence plans.

Support transportation process for tool and machine, from and to the Regions.

Implement the Region logistics standards conditions (communication systems, transport, packaging & costs) and make them available to all project and purchasing team members.

Coordinate the transportation within the region with other regional logistics teams.

Support standards creation and deployment: Communications / Payment / Packaging / Storage / Transport / Costs / Contingency Plan

Help to review and monitor external Warehouse agreements.

Contribute to Plant/Region Transport & Logistics yearly Budget process.

 

Must have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office programs. 

 

 

What we are looking for:

 

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management

1-3 yearsof experience in Supply Chain Management
- Operational experience managing transport execution is preferred
- Carrier management knowledge: KPI + performance monitoring and improvement.
- Background in transport procurement (road + sea as main modes, air desirable)
- Specific knowledge of TMS and SAP
- Experience in Transport Project management / implementation.

Ability to sit, stand, and mobility to move around the office or manufacturing environment, when needed. Ability to conduct computer work or engage in discussion with employees May require international travel.
