Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Logistics Manager at the Journeyman level for our Nuclear Command, Control, Communications (NC3) Integration program.  The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications Integration Directorate (AFNWC/NC) mission is to deliver integrated NC3 capabilities warfighters use every day to deter and assure. The Directorate ensures ongoing NC3 programs, legacy systems and new capabilities are fully integrated as part of the Air Force’s overall effort to sustain, modernize, and recapitalize the nuclear enterprise. The Directorate serves as an integrator ensuring that current and future NC3 capabilities across the spectrum are being evaluated and considered in concert.

 

The Logistics Manager shall direct, develop, and/or perform logistics management operations that involves planning, coordinating, or evaluating the logistical actions required to support a specified mission, weapon system, or other designated program. 

Responsibilities

 

Acquisition lifecycle and product support planning during each phase.Microsoft office support, e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project.Defense acquisition management processes expertise in accordance with the DoD 5000.DoD integrated product support element structure expertise.Product Support Business Case Analysis (PS-BCA) and Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), and Logistics Health Assessment (LHA) expertise.DoD Product Support Manager Guidebook expertiseImplementation and management of a government furnished equipment (GFE) programAccountable property inventory and trackingProgram planning, funding, and management information systems expertiseCoordinating and evaluating requirement logistics as well as developing and adjusting requirement plans and schedules to ensure timely completion.Planning a logistics management program.Product Support, which may include Business Case Analysis (PS-BCA), Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) processes, NC3 Availability Improvement Program and Maintenance Data Collection expertise.Planning, coordinating, or evaluating the logistical actions required to support the NC3 mission, weapons system, or other designated program(s). Providing support to the Directorate, Divisions, or Weapon System programs as required by the Government. Qualifications

 

Active Secret clearance with the ability to upgrade to a Top Secret security clearance is required.MA/MS Degree preferred, minimum of BA/BSMinimum 10 years of related experience is required. Ability to work on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job. Preferred experience as a DoD maintainer of radios.Experience working with technical Orders, ordering parts from supply, performed maintenance documentation. Ability to analyze a problem to determine root cause.Candidate that has demonstrated DoD (preferably acquisition) experience in any two of these integrated product support elements will be better suited for the efforts this branch:  Product Support Management; Sustaining Engineering; Supply Support; Maintenance Planning & Management; and Technical Data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
