Responsibilities Support program managers in the development of supportability requirements for weapon system documents to ensure sustainment requirements are accurately documented for program milestones. Analyze logistical problems, in aviation and missile systems, and recommend course of action to resolve issues that arise during development or sustainment of a major weapon system. Develop maintenance concepts, supply support elements, and product improvement initiatives to ensure quality sustainment of weapon system in support of Program Management Office logistics. Participate in logistics related Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) for supportability functions e.g support requirements, procurement, supply and training, and new equipment training in order to resolve logistics issues and problems.
