LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Summary You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the NAWCAD SE & ALRE Group Support Equipment Engineering Department, Trainer Aircraft Programs and AV-8B Branch of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE. Responsibilities You will advise on matters of industrial support policies and transportation to support logistics objectives. You will analyze logistics procedures to support and sustain aircraft systems products. You will coordinate technical and product data for the functions of sustainment. You will analyze a logistical systems program to identify information assurance technical and policy compliance issues. You will recommend data policy, guidance, format, or standardization of life-cycle technical or product data. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DS-5 (GS-12/13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: . 1) Planning, budgeting and managing for all aspects of logistics to support the identification, development, acquisition, production, and delivery of required Aviation Support Equipment. 2) Coordinating and interfacing with appropriate competencies, system commands, fleet representatives, and contractors to assure success; 3) Making program recommendations concerning project direction, resources, policies, and schedules; and 4) Managing project schedules and acquisitions to ensure projects are developed, tested, fielded, supported and sustained as planned.
