Responsibilities Coordinate site Surveys, logistic support meetings, case planning meetings, etc. necessary to definitize purchaser requirements prior to LOR. Review PM requirements and determine TPA requirements for respective entries. Develop/forward PM position on sole source as well as any required release recommendations. Process/issue Army requisitions to support Non-Standard Acquisition Program /(SNAP)/ Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) for responsible weapons systems and commodities. Review and approve contractor invoices, performance and cost reports, progress reports, work plans, travel requests and trip reports. Interprets and disseminates policy and implementing procedures.
