Your Key Responsibilities

 

Supporting and assistance to Logistics Teams in daily activities Verifying if freight invoices are issued to transport specifics, to an incoterm and to the agreements for export and import shipments Opening Disputes once the billed costs are not equal to the calculated costs Allocating costs regarding to the guidelines Execute internal and external order process (BANF, order, confirmation control, track delivery on time, clarification of discrepancies, close orders and workflow) Order management in customer portals or systems (account balance, claim management, controlling of reusable stocks at external suppliers) Cooperation with logistics service forwarders Your Qualifications Students actively pursuing a degree English language level allowing business communication (mandatory) Practical Skills in Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point Fluency in Excel (VBA, manipulating data, working with databases, statistical and advanced analytical know-how) would be an advantage Responsibility, accuracy Team player Our Offer
