Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Logistics department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Logistics Customer Engagement Controller role, which is based in Midrand. The successful candidate will report directly to the Logistics Customer Engagement Manager. Key Purpose: To effectively manage and enhance customer service levels through establishing, controlling and monitoring internal and external factors that influence logistics customer service offering. This will ensure customers receive their orders on time and in full (OTIF), whilst providing customers with accurate logistics information for sharing and decision-making purposes. This role will require travel as per below: - North Region - Gauteng Region - Inland Region - Coastal Region

Key Duties & Responsibilities• Identify, develop and work with regions to implement continuous improvement programs for customer engagement. • Build capability programs that support superior customer engagement. • Analysing of fill rates • Identify factors affecting fill rates • Develop and implement standard operating procedures • Sharing of best practices across regions and other CCBA countries • Weekly engagement with National Accounts, Districts and NAM’s • Develop and implement effective tools that support regions, districts and NAMs. • Support Regions in Implementation of logistics projects Skills, Experience & EducationQualifications: • University Degree / Diploma in transport Logistics or Sales & Marketing Experience: • FMCG Sales & Logistics knowledge and understanding • At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in a Logistics or Sales environment • Advance PC skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP, QlikView, Margin Minder) • At least Code 08 Driver’s License • Understanding and knowledge of the CCBSA value chain system would be advantageous Competencies: • Good interpersonal skills • Coaching skills • Excellent communication & negotiating skills • Team participation and good leadership skills • Self-starter with high energy levels • Strong analytical skills • Creative and innovative • Planning and self-management practices • Knowledge of S&D applications & systems like QlikView • Ability to function effectively in a complex matrix system • Knowledge of Sales Way & Distribution Way GeneralInternal Candidates must submit a fully approved application form (signed off by the Line Manager and HR) to the talent acquisition specialist before the closing date.
