Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a strong background in logistics, proficiency in EDI software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating freight forwarding, transportation, and customer service operations.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate logistics and freight forwarding operations.
+ Manage transportation and customer service activities.
+ Utilize EDI software and the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Office, Word) for daily tasks.
+ Meet deadlines effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Communicate effectively and solve problems promptly.
+ Handle supply chain and invoicing processes.
Essential Skills
+ Proficient in EDI software and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Office, Word).
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to meet deadlines effectively and multi-task.
+ Experience in logistics or a related field preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or customer service.
+ Knowledge of supply chain and invoicing processes.
Work Environment
Training is conducted onsite three days per week for the first month. Will work onsite two days per week and remotely for the remaining days once trained.
