Our client, a company specializing in custom retail displays and store fixtures, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Union City, CA. The ideal candidate will manage and support shipping activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Shipping Manager in arranging carrier services for both domestic and international shipments.Coordinate and prepare all necessary documentation for shipping processes.Update tracking details and communicate with key stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.Provide backup support to colleagues within the department during vacations or illness.Take and distribute meeting minutes to ensure effective communication within the team.

Requirements:

High school diploma required; additional education is a plus.Background or knowledge in logistics and transportation.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation and Shift:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with shifts from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
