We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to manage our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of shipment flow and inventory management, and possess excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and customs clearance agents. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can make a significant impact in our rapidly growing company.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate with shipping lines, customers, suppliers, and customs clearance agents.
+ Ensure accurate arrival and delivery times.
+ Verify that all customer orders are correctly placed.
+ Manage inventory by recognizing low stock levels and determining necessary orders.
+ Handle large volumes of shipments efficiently.
+ Ensure all invoices are accurately documented.
+ Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ 3-4 years of experience in a logistics role
+ Strong experience in monitoring the flow of shipments
+ Knowledge of working with suppliers and customs clearance agents

+ Experience with import and export logistics
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree or certification in logistics or a related field
+ Experience in the wine and spirits industry
Work Environment
Office setting, will have own space. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm onsite. The Logistics Coordinator will report to the Director of Operations. The team consists of 10-15 people, with half the team in charge of taking orders and the other half in charge of logistics of orders. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in New Rochelle,NY.
