Position Summary: The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing customer orders, order entry, coordinating outgoing shipments, and reviewing incoming shipments. Additionally, they will manage transport orders and maintain communication with forwarders and customers for both domestic and international shipments.
Checking, coding and booking in- and outbound invoices Preparing payment orders for authorization Preparing transport orders (including paperwork) Close communication with forwarders and customers via email and telephone on shipments internationally Check incoming shipments against purchase orders and factory certificates.Assist warehouse staff when needed.Qualifications And Competencies:
Higher vocational education with a diploma in administration and/or logisticsProficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.Focus accuracy and attention to detailAbility to handle sensitive, confidential informationWorking with bookkeeping software, digital archive system.At this time, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
